Organic Swede - Helenor
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sowing Mid May to June, thinly in rich, well prepared soil. Sow 13mm deep in drills 45cm apart.
Growing Thin seedlings to 15cm apart. Keep well watered for best quality roots.
Harvesting September to December. Roots are winter hardy. Lift as required, or lift and store in nets in the shed or garage.
