Toast the New Year with our Organic English Sparkling Wine

This New Year's Eve why not raise a glass and toast in the new year with our Organic English Sparkling Wine. Made by award-winning English winemaker Will Davenport at his winery in Sussex, our Sparkling Wine is made using the traditional methode champenoise, just like Champagne. In his book on British Wines, Steven Skelton MW referred to Will Davenport as "one of the more serious and talented winegrowers in the UK today". The wine is made from organically grown Reichensteiner grapes and is aged for 12 months on lees. The result is a wine that is fruit-led but still has the yeasty complexity of an authentic bottle-fermented sparkling wine. The palate is full and creamy and finishes with a wonderful citrus zest. Truly Tender Turkey...
