Sausages
More meat for your money! Our sausages are made with the finest ingredients and, depending on which flavour you choose, they contain between 75%-85% pure British pork.
Ham
Take the best breeds, give them an organic farm and show them some love. The result is the finest free range pork leg meat, which we cure and cook for a rich and subtle flavour. Nothing else is good enough for your sandwich.
Chicken
For the perfect Sunday roast it has to be our organic Devonshire Black™ chickens. They're a slow-growing breed, who spend their days pecking and foraging outdoors on West Country farms certified by the Soil Association for having the highest animal welfare. They are hung for three to five days to add flavour to the rich succulent meat.
Gravy
If you think gravy's the best bit of dinner, you'll want to pour on our thick, hearty beef or poultry gravy. Made with premium fresh organic ingredients, they're the perfect accompaniment to a Sunday roast.
Smoked Salmon
There no substitute for real smoked salmon, line-caught from the freezing crisp waters of Alaska. As well as being traditionally smoked with Hazelwood and oak whisky casks for a full, deep flavour, ours are from a source that is certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
