Borage
Vivid sky blue flowers which are attractive to bees. The young leaves have a cucumber taste and are widely used in salads.

Organic Borage
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sowing March to May outdoors, directly into prepared soil in full sun. Sow thinly 13mm deep, in rows 30cm apart.
Growing Thin seedlings to 23cm apart and keep well watered. Height to 75cm.
Harvesting June to frosts. The plants make a useful bulky addition to the compost heap at the end of the season.
